The menu offers a variety of dishes, some of them typical of the local cookery. All ingredients are carefully selected and stored in appropriated temperature conditions, for the minimum period of time possible.

The “ caipirinha” ( brazilian most typical drink, made of sugar cane alchool) is made with local Paraty spirit, such as Isabel, Coqueiro, etc,brands considered  some  of the best in Brazil .

Try our “ muqueca” ( a fish stew) with rice and  manioc flour boiled with the fish sauce, served  in a pipkin. R$ 55,00 for 2/3 persons.
