and facilities. Open november 1998, it was enlarged and
re-painted in 2003. The building is located within the walls
of a 10,000m2 area, amidst well-cared gardens and with a
private parking lot. Some of the apartments and suites feature
a veranda facing an internal patio, reproducing the colonial-style
architecture and creating a charming and intimate ambience.
All double beds are box-spring, king-size and are covered
in white sheets, covers and bath towels. This guarantees
you perfect hygene and comfort.

We are integrated to the selective garbage collection in Paraty.
All guests are invited to participate through separating their
garbage into appropriate collectors inside the rooms. The
sewage treatment system, although operated in septic tanks
with anaerobic filters, has been monitored and improved each
year.

to provide you with a delicious breakfast served in our lounge

We have a restaurant, reading room with books available, child-entertaining
equipment, free sauna on Saturdays when the lodge will offer
a happy – hour...We have always a plus which you’ll

Who we are: The owners are entrepreneurs and academic professionals
who have moved from São Paulo to Paraty. They dedicate
part-time to interacting with the local community, by joining
non- governmental organizations and taking part in projects
aimed at the improvement of life quality in Paraty and in
Brasil.
The members of our staff are constantly trained and valued
in their efforts towards professional development. Costumer
service and internal procedures are followed and supervised
discreetly by the couple of owners.
Our
mission is to provide our guests with the rest and leisure
they wish and dream of, and help them to make their stay
and tours in Paraty an unforgettable experience in their
lives.
